The beauty of the sketches lies in the fact that they capture moments as they happened – no staged poses. If you’re looking for something different to remember your wedding day, then an illustrated sketch album might just be what you’re after!
You will get about 25 sketches per 6 hour package.
For the best result some sketches are done live and some afterwards.
It is now also possible to book guest sketches that will be given as favours on the day.

You can have your sketches hand bound into a beautiful, personalised album.
I developed this album especially for this purpose, it’s easy to flip through it and your sketches are well protected, easy way of showing them to your friends and family! You won’t get empty pages, like you would with ready made albums and you can choose which sketches you want to go in there.
Hand bound on a professional level, your illustrated album is made to last.
OTHER OPTIONS
You may wish to have all or some your sketches separate to frame and hang in your home, or to give to some of your guests. You will also get a high resolution digital version of all of your sketches. You can print them, share on social media or send them to your friends and family.

You can have a high quality print of any of your sketches.
Framed prints might serve as a wonderful gift or a lovely addition to your home, meaning you can have all your sketches included in your sketchbook without missing out on framing them.
If you would like something even more special, I now offer a Wedding Memories Box frame with one or more sketches. This example shows a real size sketch print. I can add anything suitable from your wedding, even confetti in a little jar or dried petals of your wedding flowers, all in the style of your Big Day. The letters can spell a few short words or names. The frame comes in white as well.

OIL PAINTING FROM A PHOTO
ADDITIONAL SERVICE
I can create an oil painting from your wedding photo (or any other photo).
My way of painting is combining the traditional with contemporary, to really bring the painting to life. I usually work in a loose and spontaneous style, yet keeping some areas well defined – a winning combination that doesn’t just replicate the photo you already have.

WHY SKETCHES?
Sketches are meant to complement your wedding photos, as a different way of capturing the day. Sketches capture the essence, the feel, energy and atmosphere of what is happening, rather than just recording a particular split second. They are meant to be fun!
My sketches are done using pen and watercolour and happen very quickly. They are not photographic portraits, I aim to capture memorable moments and stories in a fun and interesting way, with lively outlines and a splash of colour. Some of the sketches are done live during the event and some added later. I only use quality watercolour paper that will last and colours that won’t fade.
